Hi, my name is Janice & I’m an occupational therapist passionate about supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults to feel safe, valued, and truly seen. My work is grounded in building psychological safety and celebrating each person’s unique way of thinking, learning, and being. I take a strengths-based, affirming approach because I believe every individual deserves to feel empowered to show up as their authentic self.
I’m also deeply committed to creating change beyond one-on-one support, through leadership, policy development, and supporting families. I believe that when we equip parents and communities with the right knowledge and tools, we help nurture autonomy, self-advocacy, and emotional well-being from the ground up. By challenging outdated systems and promoting inclusive, evidence-based practices, I hope to be part of shaping a future where all neurodivergent people are supported to thrive.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me cuddling with my dog, getting creative with baking and painting, or recharging with a peaceful walk in nature!
