Hi, I’m Tye, one of the Practice Managers at Light. With a background in electrical contracting and experience supporting my partner’s Occupational Therapy business before she stepped into the Clinical Director role here at Light, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for the challenges of running a business. In my previous roles, I saw how the demands of administration can sometimes overshadow the work we’re truly passionate about. That’s why I’m dedicated to building a strong administrative foundation for our Occupational Therapists, allowing them to focus 100% on what they do best: providing exceptional care.

My goal is to create a space where everyone who walks through our doors feels safe, valued, and celebrated for who they are.

When I’m not at work, you’ll often find me at the clinic with my daughter, and baking treats for the team. I also love traveling, food, and spending time with family.
