Support that meets your child, where they are at.

From everyday routines to big emotions, we’re here to help young people thrive.

Whether it’s brushing teeth, joining a classroom, managing big emotions, or making friends, our occupational therapists help young people gain the skills they need for everyday life.

We support neuro-divergent children, teens and young adults in a way that feels safe, respectful, and genuinely helpful, for both your child and your family.

Therapy sessions are available in-clinic (Blackburn), at home, school, in the community, or online, ensuring children, adolescents, and young adults can access support in the environment that works best for them. We also offer group therapy programs and parent coaching to support growth, connection, and wellbeing across all stages of development.

OUR SERVICES

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapy services support children, teens and young adults to develop the skills they need for everyday life. We work collaboratively with families to build confidence, independence, emotional regulation, sensory processing, social participation, and daily living skills, helping young people thrive at home, school, and in their communities.

Group Therapy

Our group programs provide a fun, supportive environment where children and teens can connect with peers while developing meaningful social connections, emotional regulation, and practical life skills. Through engaging activities and guided interactions, participants build confidence, friendships, and resilience.

Parent Coaching

Our Parent Coaching service provides personalised support tailored to your family’s unique needs. We partner with parents or care-givers to develop practical strategies, increase confidence, and address challenges related to behaviour, emotional regulation, routines, relationships, and everyday family life, creating positive and lasting change.

Tuning into Kids

Tuning into Kids is an evidence-based parenting program that helps parents understand and respond effectively to their child’s emotions. By learning emotion coaching skills, parents can strengthen their relationship with their child, support emotional development, and foster greater wellbeing and resilience.

Tuning into Teens

Tuning into Teens is designed to help parents navigate the challenges of adolescence with confidence and connection. The program teaches practical strategies for understanding teen emotions, improving communication, managing conflict, and building stronger, more supportive family relationships.
