Hi, I’m Beth, I am an occupational therapist with a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice and a Bachelor of Health Science. My approach is shaped by both my professional training and my lived experience as an AuDHD therapist.
I specialise in supporting neurodivergent children and young adults, focusing on interest-based learning and prioritising low-pressure environments. I am passionate about disability advocacy and the importance of accessibility and inclusivity, particularly in education. My key areas of interest include PDA, autistic burnout, barriers to education, and parent coaching.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my border collie, Albie.
