Light Occupational Therapy

Thursday 9th July
ONLINE 5:30pm– 6:30pm AEST

This upcoming webinar will explore autistic burnout as a valid and meaningful response to prolonged stress, high demands, and the pressure to mask, rather than a personal failing. We will unpack what autistic burnout is (and isn’t), highlight lived experiences such as reduced capacity and increased sensitivity, and gently challenge common misconceptions.

The session will also outline how occupational therapy can support individuals through neurodiversity-affirming approaches, including reducing demands, adapting environments, and supporting sustainable, self-directed ways of functioning.
